  • SkimSEEK: WGS 4x coverage and below. Also called low pass sequencing.
  • InfiniSEEK: SkimSEEK plus hybrid capture of selected targets, where both components are sequenced in a single sequencing run.
  • Mid Coverage: WGS >4x to <30x coverage High Coverage: WGS >30x coverage
